Terms Of Use
Rules of the site.
Entry to PornDesi is limited to adults, people who have reached the age of majority in the place they live. Continuing past the age check means agreeing to these terms, and the desi videos are offered for private enjoyment only.Every clip is the property of the creator or studio behind it. Saving clips to upload elsewhere is forbidden, and so is selling them, since both harm their owners. The site comes without guarantees, and a clip may vanish whenever its owner asks. Visitors who try to break into the service or upload anything illegal lose access, and serious cases go to the police. Revised terms take effect the moment they appear here. Questions about the rules can be sent to abuse@porndesi.net.
