Record-Keeping Statement
Performer age records.
PornDesi is a viewing site, not a production house, and it never films anyone. Each person seen in a clip had passed the legal age of adulthood on the day of filming, as certified by the people who produced it.Those producers carry the legal duty, set by US federal record-keeping rules for explicit material, to hold identity and age documents for every performer. The site relies on that duty being met. A clip that cannot be tied to a producer who meets it is pulled. Anyone with a concern about the age of a performer, or about consent, should write to abuse@porndesi.net. Such concerns jump ahead of every other message, and the clip in question goes offline while somebody looks into it.
